Be a part of schools & universities making a difference for breast cancer patients in active treatment. Acting as a fundraising leader to host an event at your school or campus is a great resume builder and showcases leadership talent. Gather up a group of friends or your social organization / club and help us make a difference while having fun. There are many fun and rewarding ways to fundraise for The Pink Fund in your community. One volunteer hosted a lemonade stand fundraiser after losing her mother to breast cancer as a way to honor her memory. Our young enterprising supporter set up her own PINK lemonade stand and made a huge impact in her neighborhood.
If rock and roll is more your speed, put on a benefit concert to help breast cancer patients pay for basic necessities. One of our talented supporters founded the "Indie Pop Prom" in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, which received media attention including this story.
